So after an all nighter I managed to pump out a almost fully functional website and a completed animaiton for my intro credits. Sadly I can only show you one of these.
The website was a redesign of an existing charity website group 61. The charity deals with mentally ill individuals and making their lives easier through friendships. After I met with the founders of the organization I got to work and made something that I felt embodied their vision as Group 61. I made the palette more welcoming and warmer. I simplified all information and the site souly for the potential volunteers. Everything was started from scratch and because of that the coding had to start from scratch. Needless to say this was a nightmare. Since I have no experience with this part of the work flow I had to settle with making some changes to my design. In the end I felt that I had a well imagined idea and the goal was attained, more or less. If I did a good job on the design portion I shouldn't have to label what each page is.
I turned both the assignments in yesterday, so I don't know either of my grades. However I am sure that I will get atleast a P, which is a C or better in the states.
